Gmail has introduced a new feature in 2019 in which users get an option to schedule an email by entering the recipient and text. This scheduling helps us to send emails later.

  • 2.   You can set an email at a specific date and time.

  4. An additional piece of information can be added later.

Steps:

Step1: open Gmail.

Setp2: click on compose located on the left side bottom down of the Gmail logo.

Step3: You will see a pop-up menu that shows a new message.

Step4: enter the recipient and text

Step5: At the bottom side next to the sent click on the down arrow and you will get the option to schedule send a message.

Step6: specify a date and time when your message will be sent as shown below.
